Submitting an order request through the website or WhatsApp does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed only when Coffee Canvas confirms it.

4. WhatsApp Orders

WhatsApp is provided as a convenient ordering channel. Please verify your order, quantity, pickup/delivery details and total before confirming.

5. Payment

Payment method and timing will be confirmed by the café. The website itself does not process card payments unless such functionality is added later.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once preparation has started, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

7. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery availability, areas, fees and estimated times are subject to confirmation by Coffee Canvas and may vary by order.

8. Allergies & Dietary Information

Customers must inform staff about allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

9. Refunds

Where an item is unavailable or an eligible order issue occurs, the café may offer replacement, correction or refund as appropriate.
